I thrive on documentation and structure, which is why building a reference guide is a task I believe should never be overlooked.
The below templates for the DEWALT Screwdriving and Drilling product ranges they were extremely complicated with every color and icon placed with purposeful intention. In order to keep consistent and to ensure any designer can pick up these templates in the future, I created the below reference guide for the designers and for the Brand team to use as a map to cross check their work.
When I moved to the Mac Tools team, I noticed inconsistencies with the colors and fonts used on packaging vs. on-product labels. I updated the below on-product label guide to help document the proper execution.
