As the Art Director and department manager at Dreamscape Marketing I was responsible for submitting awards for the creative team. I was in charge of collecting potential award submissions, applying for the award, budgeting, ordering trophies and certificates. The goal was to win awards for as many of our clients as possible for good standing and to show our design expertise.
The original documents that I inherited for this task was logistically okay, but with no design hierarchy it was hard to manage and was a task I did not look forward to. In order to change that I decided to redesign it in our internal Dreamscape Marketing branding and create a document were the Account Managers could contribute to it based on client requests and needs.
The new documents were a wild success! Especially the "Potential Awards Tracker" that was shared among the Account Management team where they had the ability to suggest awards for me to easily apply for!
